Our single ritual is Loosening.
Suggestions
During the daylight and waking hours, Truth is difficult to find – the Recluse finds himself flayed alive by Reality. Loosening at this time provides relief but no depth. Because one naturally enters Truth during the sleep cycle, one can deepen the voyage to Truth by engaging in Loosening during the night / sleep hours.
